Seat Reconstruction 1989 Goldwing

Customer wanted Gel Pad Installation and a new seat cover. As seen in these pictures, this seat was in need of repair.

Seat is ready for the trash bin.

Taking off the cover it was a worst than I thought.

As seen in the pictures the cover is torn and the foam has been wet from rain.

We cut the entire top layer off the seat, installed 1" thick Firm Memory Foam, covered with 1/4" Soft Memory Foam and a plastic moisture barrier.

Final step was to recover with a new cover.
